Luggage Drop-Off
We've got good news!
We're pleased to say that there is now a local luggage drop-off service for all of our guests here at Broadstairs Apartments! You no longer have to take your luggage out with you to lunch, thanks to the Thanet Visitor Information Centre! You only need to pay a small fee.
If you are staying at our self-catering apartments, but you still have some time to explore the Isle and need somewhere to store your luggage even before your check-in is available, the Thanet Visitor Information Centre can help you!
The Thanet Visitor Information Centre, which is located in Margate, is now offering a left luggage service for people in the area - including visitors at any one of our three luxury apartments here in Broadstairs. This service is available for guests both before your stay, as well as after. This means that while you are staying with us, you will have access to a fully secure bag drop area that allows you to make the most of your time with us here. We are hoping that this additional service for our guests means that we can provide even more satisfaction to anyone visiting the Isle of Thanet. Simply bring your items to the team at the Visitors Centre and they will take care of them for you, allowing you more freedom to discover more of our beautiful coastal location.

When you drop off your luggage, there is a £5 daily charge per bag, with the service availability based on capacity on a first-come-first-serve basis. To use the bag-drop service, you must make a booking in person at the Thanet Visitor Information Centre, the bag fee can be paid by either cash or card.
