All apartments share access to our beautifully landscaped communal garden, designed by local artist Sara Jackson. The space features:

• Luxurious 4-person communal hot tub (Prior booking slot required with 48 hours notice. (Additional £50 fee to use)

• Beach hut-style dining area
• Fire pit and seating
• BBQ stands (A disposable BBQ, plastic plates, utensils & Plastic flutes all provided within your apartment)
• Secure bike storage
• Outdoor games and hidden extras

At Broadstairs Apartments, we partnered with local artist Sara Jackson to create a welcoming, family-friendly open-air communal garden, designed for all four apartments to enjoy together.

The result is a beautifully landscaped space featuring multiple seating areas, a cosy fire pit, and cleverly hidden storage for outdoor games and cushions—perfect for relaxed afternoons or evenings under the stars.
